Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where applicable.

Order Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
